What materials is it made from?

Does it ship folded?

Yes. The basket ships folded to reduce packaging waste. It naturally regains its shape once opened and filled.

What is your return policy?

If it's not the right fit, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the basket is unused and in original condition. To request a return, email us within 7 days for an RMA. Return shipping is customer-paid.
