Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item at info@tidyyuli.com. Return requests submitted after this timeframe may not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused
  • In the same condition as received
  • In its original packaging

Items sent back without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error or issue on the part of TidyYuli (such as a damaged or incorrect item).

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@tidyyuli.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days (excluding original shipping costs, unless the return is due to a TidyYuli error).

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at info@tidyyuli.com.
