TidyYuli Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping rates are based on your order quantity and will be shown at checkout. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, though carrier delays may occur. All orders ship from Tomball, Texas.

Once a shipping label is created, tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update. If your order is lost or marked as delivered but not received, please first allow 24 hours and check your local carrier. If still unresolved, contact us at info@tidyyuli.com within 7 days of the delivery date.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
